Sci Fi Fantasy #6

That week went quick! Happy Saturday people 🙂 I hope you all have lovely weekends.

Following on from last week I give you more insights into growing up witchy. Hope you enjoy the snippet…

Funny thing but people can tell there is something off about witches, especially kids. It makes for a fun time growing up. It doesn’t help when the other kids find out your mum has a new age shop called Crystal Clear. She sells crystals and all kinds of stuff that they think is really weird. So you could say we’re not the most popular kids in school.

Like I could give a shit what those losers think?

Except for Angel. She’s a bit soft. Mum calls it tender hearted. Well if being tender hearted means you cry yourself to sleep every time someone calls you a freak, then I guess she is.

Thank you for reading and especially to those who leave comments – you rock!

    • There is the community; witches, mages, witch hunters, vamps, slayers and shifters and they can live separately or as part of mainstream society. But they are basically living in our society right now – some know, most wouldn’t believe it anyway.

    • Mean kids is a topic I cover vicariously through this part of the story, which I really should write more of if I’m going to have anything to post next week! Thanks for your comments Pippa 🙂
